FL Statute 475.011. With an in house brokerage, Lawyers Real Estate Brokerage, Inc., bridges the gap between the two industries.

Serving as Special Master (SM) we rarely charge for the service, when the brokerage is engaged to market residential property at 6%.

When not serving as SM, the firm often co-councils with law firms to assist their clients in selling real property. The firm commonly charges legal fees of 6% based on the sales price with no additional charge by the brokerage.
